Strategic Overview
This campaign showcases seventeen brief videos promoting various schools within The New School, such as Parsons School of Design, Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts, Mannes School of Music, The School of Jazz and Contemporary Music, The New School for Social Research, and the Schools of Public Engagement.
These videos highlight the university's community, including faculty, students, and alumni, and their innovative research and contributions. The content of these videos addresses pressing contemporary issues such as mental health, environmental concerns, representation, identity, economic prospects, capitalism, democracy, self-expression, AI and new technologies, as well as migration and humanitarian rights.
The videos aim to captivate the audience and prompt them to explore further by directing them to seventeen dedicated marketing landing pages. These landing pages offer extensive written and video content for a deeper dive into the topics discussed. Additionally, the campaign includes a range of digital banner ads and large-scale posters to be displayed across the university campus

Design Strategy
The color spectrum gradient, representing the five colleges at The New School, transitions seamlessly into the prominent Parsons Red, symbolizing a spirit of fearless progress. This aesthetic choice complements the visual medium of film and photography. Our campaign prominently features the innovative Neue Display Next typeface, showcasing its various widths and weights to underscore our commitment to pushing design boundaries.
This typographic approach reflects our ethos of courage, differentiation, and inclusivity. To ensure readability, the typography transitions dynamically between weights, with strategic placement to enhance both conceptual clarity and legibility. This engaging animation is crafted to captivate our audience throughout.
